You are not lame neighbors - it's all good - you didn't know it was still going or whatever. As I said, just peek out your door next time and see what's going on at our house - majority of the time we NEVER start when we say we are going to. Your family was so cute for Halloween too. It's kinda fun to get all dressed up, especially 'cuz the kids like it when mommy and daddy do that.
